Return Policy :
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs.
If you receive a product that is clearly defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product and we will replace it for you.
Used products cannot be returned. Returned merchandise must be in ORIGINAL box with ALL manuals, booklets and packing material, and a copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
Shipping Policy :
Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
PayPal payments received by 3:00pm EST (12:00pm PST) on business days is normally shipped the same day.
Payments received on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays, or after 3:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
We do not ship to military addresses due to issues with delivery.
Additional fees will apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
